Water Buffalo Spaghetti

Yes, we caved in the other week and bought some Water Buffalo meat, both Keema (ground Indian style) and stew meat, Lisa calls it "chunks". No Alberta beef or beef of any kind in India if you did not know. So Water Buffalo is the best we can get. When you put it in a home made spaghetti sauce it tasted great. Not easy to find, we had one of our local friends get some for us. He knows the "right neighborhood" to go to.
